Solving Erectile Problems

I talked about this with a friend of mine. He's a Swinger. Him and I have known each other far longer than we've known that he was a Swinger and I was an Auto-Sexual but we'd always talk about whatever was going on. He's a Viagra User and he does it 'Not cuz he needs it, but cuz he loves it!'

He's in his mid 40s and like most men in their mid 40s, it 'just doesn't work like it used to.' It works, but not like when you were 20 and so it's normal to seek out a little boost that could enhance and improve your sex life. Knowing that I happen to be an information junkie, takes my word for it on the science behind DHEA and he hears my testimony as to the results of my DHEA usage.

Without hesitation he immediately orders some online even though you can get it at the grocery store these days, but he likes online shopping and there are good discounts online so that's where he gets it. One Week after he uses the dosing Levels that I describe he's telling me that he loves it - 'absolutely loves DHEA.'

He says that everything that I experienced - everything described above, he experienced as well. Firmer erections, younger more vibrant energy levels, increased libido and in fact, he's the one that called it a 'cheap alternative to Viagra'.

Both he and I are now regular users of DHEA supplementation and we dose it with similar methods. I always have a bottle of it on hand. I do not use it daily. Instead I rotate delivering to my body on a semi- regular basis of three days on - where I'll do 200 - 250 milligrams a day and then skip any dosage for 48 hours then maintain a dosage of 100 - 150 Milligrams a day for the next 5 - 7 days.

The last thing I will talk about in this edition of sex drive killers is the brain fog shrink. Brain fog is when you loose your concentration, your mind gets cloudy and you can't focus on anything very clear for very long. This can come from eating too much sugar, it can and will come from lack of water, it can come from lack of sleep and of course prescription drugs. Antihistamines are bad to cause brain fog.

Your brain needs to stay hydrated in order to think clearly, and no, coffee won't do it nor will all those canned drinks you swill down, and those six packs of suds you drink every weekend won't help your brain to get hydrated. Just because they have water in them doesn't count.
